Ueno Burning Bright

I’m not sure how many train stations Tokyo has – hundreds at least, maybe thousands – but I do know that not many of them are especially picturesque. Some are downright drab and run down, while others are constantly under construction, and still others are actually subway stations so there’s not really much to see....

    • leslieThanks, Jordan! I think I started w/ HDR when I first saw Trey Ratcliff’s work back in maybe 2007 or 2008. But my original work was … less than impressive, we’ll say. Over the past few years I’ve done a lot more of it and improved my skills there. Actually with this one I used a new program called Perfect Effects by OnOne. They were giving away the program for a few days so I tried it out and I’ve been pretty impressed. Usually though after Photomatix I use Topaz Adjust, so this was a bit of a change for me.ReplyCancel
